Wouldn't you just love to be on a road trip and see this?  This is a picture from my friend's new home.....her husband's name is really Joe.  How about.........YES! I'm pretty much always ready.  Just ask. Yeah.  I hate going in to coffee places that speak a different language than just the normal size cup language. Well, I don't go STRAIGHT for the coffee pot in the morning.  I feed Sheba and Bunny and Zephyr.  How could I enjoy coffee with Zephyr outside the kitchen window meowing like she hasn't eaten since 1943......or Bunny scratching 100 mph...... at the glass door to her little sleeping room.....or Sheba pulling the *stare* on me.  If you get your coffee ready for the morning, before you go to bed at night, then turn around so I can pat your back.  What a great thing that must be.  This is why I like to camp.  We always get coffee and donuts on the way.  I can put up with anything ...

  My dad would say.....good to the last drop, and that's good, too.     In the not so distant past, I tried some coffee in a little Perking Pot.....it was horrible. I still have a couple of those pots that *could* be used if necessary.       duh.               I was in Starbuck's with my son....we ordered coffee and he told them a name, that wasn't his name. He said it was his *coffee* name, because nobody can spell his name. Should have named him Joe......      If this happens to ME, it isn't funny. If I do it to somebody, it is.         I disagree with this. If you know you're not going to order your life so you can have coffee in your own home, in a timely fashion, don't bring me into your lateness.      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~`you know who you are~~~~~~~~~~ ...

  In my efforts to make the house and other thing smell good, I gather lots of things around me in hopes to do just that thing. Sometimes it's a fail, sometimes it works. Incense, candles, spray, perfume, cleaners, soaps, flowers, foamy things, oils, and a few other things..... all in an effort to make the house, and other things, smell like a home. Clove, rose, lavender, violet, radish (yes, radish)..... patchouli and pink pepper!   In all my efforts, nothing smells as good as coffee brewing. Even bad coffee can smell good.   

Nobody can spell my first or last name....so I am MO in the coffee places. I get an iced, decaff, leave room for cream, Americano. What do YOU get?

It has beautiful innards. It just shines and shines. one dollar I can have 60 friends over for coffee, or 30 two cuppers, or 15 people that bring their super size mugs, or 5 friends with nothing to do but drink coffee with me all day.

I got another OLD coffee pot anyway. Yay. Pictures coming soon. and the price was right...........

There was a song years ago in a grade school song book that was about coffee. My cousin was a year younger than I, and she sang it. I didn't learn all of the words.......just some of them. That was when I was about 10? c-o-f-f-e-e coffee is NOT a drink for me it's a drink some people wake up with That's all I can remember. Well, I do wake up with coffee. I love to drink it in the mornings. And in the afternoon....and evening. I like it after dessert, and before. I'll have a cup of coffee before breakfast. Then I'll get some while I'm eating breakfast. I will drink coffee while I pull weeds..........this drives my poor kids crazy. I'd rather have a cold coffee than a soda pop if we're out fiddling around. We got a new coffee-maker. I love it. For years, I have been looking for a maker where you could keep the lid open and WATCH the hot water spritz on top of the grounds. This one is just perfect! The top opens up sideways and one can view the process. I l...

I didn't buy it. I didn't buy it. I wanted to, but I didn't buy it. This was the neatest coffee maker I've seen. I honestly thought the top was an old fashion cake holder. Well, I got a picture of it anyway. That didn't cost anything. I hope it's gone the next time I go. I couldn't think of ONE good reason to buy it that day.... but I might have a reason the next time.

DO try this at home. Fancy coffee can be expensive. I have made myself better coffee at home than some I have paid for 'out'.   Freeze your coffee in an ice cube tray JUST for coffee cubes. Never pour it down the drain. If you have enough cubes, then put your coffee in the fridge in a nice cup with a good lid to use the next morning. Mix your 'cream', then your sweetener. (1/2 &1/2 is good, heavy cream is the best, but 2% is the best for you) Pretty soon you will have it down just like you like it. And it's at a very good price.

Olivia and I went to get something to drink and eat. I helped her eat her french-fries and I had a coffee. They really didn't go together, but that's what you have to do when you're out with somebody. Eat their stuff. That's my newest purse. Olivia bought it for me......uh, somewhere a week ago. She called and said I would really like it and that it was just $4.90, 90% the real price....I said, JUST GET IT! So, we had a nice time visiting at Buc-ees at one of their neat tables that causes you to dangle your feet. This was after we had already been to three thrift stores. We bought some books and some clothes at the first two, the third one was a waste of time.

This is what happens when order an iced Americano and then add cream to it. Everyone says I get this kind of coffee so nobody will want drinks of it, but I really do like it. It's strong, but not bitter. It's fun but not expensive. I don't need the doublemochablackandwhitemooooofrappacappa type stuff anymore.
