Well, I got clothes on the line, but it looks like they might get rained on! I'm trying to make a skirt from a pattern I saw in a book, and so far all I'm making is a mess...but I think it'll work out. I hope you guys had a great afternoon!

I had a good day. I got a lot of housework done, grocery shopping, some laundry (I don't have a clothes line so I use a dryer) and some reading too. Unfortunately my son had a bad day at school :(
Thanks for hopping over to see me today! Collards are a vegetable grown in all southern gardens in our neck of the woods. For over 20 years (not sure) our little town has a festive celebrating the Collard. We have rides, crafts, a parade, a collard eating contest, a collard cooking contest, bands, and dancing in the street. This is the first time it has been rained out. Hanna has stopped all fun. Hello my friend, I hope your day was exceptionally well. I am good because I am on the countdown to see my hunny bunny tomorrow evening. Have a GREAT weekend, from one of your million faithful readers! Love you! Chas
One of your dear lady friends mentioned collards. NO laughing, BUT I got some collards in my farm share this past week and I don't know what to do with them.

I am putting up herbs, tomato, green bean, okra and some peppers today. Sounds like good makings for vegetable soup! Have a GREAT Texas Day too!
Love from NJ!
