3 chopped onion
1 1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup green pepper
(fry all of this together)

3 tsp. chili powder

salt and pepper to taste

3 cans kidney beans
1 large can diced tomato

4 large carrots cut into coin like shapes

don't pour the liquid off of the beans or can of diced tomato

let cook in big pot
serve with plain old crackers or make some English Muffin Bread..............

We had some people over one night and we served this to them. For the life of me I can't figure out why we had this stew for company. They graciously ate it and seemed to like it.
