candied jalapenos

http://tastykitchen.com/recipes/canning/candied-jalapenos/

there are more variations

some are from canned and sliced
some are fresh and sliced by hand
some just use sugar
some you don't cook
some you add LOTS of ingredients

I'm going to try ONE of them.

When you first mentioned candied jalapenos I remembered those sugary green cube jalapeno lollipops from childhood and thought, "mmm, you can have mine." LOL! But learning it's a spread for crackers, hmmm. I'm intrigued. Look forward to the recipe reviews.

this reminds me of the jalapeno jelly I was talking about; it was recommended to spread over cream cheese, too. YUMMY!

Somebody needs to make them and take a picture and put it on the recipe. I like recipes with pictures. I have to know what they look like to know if I want to make them and eat them. I will eat funny looking things, as long as I know what they are.
