Prescription Strength Brownies

To bake, put in 9x9 pan, just like the one your grandma has. If you double it, use a regular birthday cake pan.



12 T. margarine
3/4 cup dry cocoa
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour


melt butter in sauce pan and whisk in the cocoa
add sugar and salt and whisk again
add eggs one at a time
add vanilla
blend flour in to mixture
can sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips
350
32 minutes
test with toothpick, should be kind of gooey
do not over bake






do not over eat

My Favorite Child

I wish I had all the pictures I wanted, to go with this blog post........because I know a *picture paints a thousand words*, but for a large part of our family's life, old fashion cameras and old fashion pictures were being used.  So, many of the pictures that would help paint this post are somewhere in boxes and books.  It would take a month of Sundays to find them all so  I will just have to count on your imagination and my memory!
