REALLY old ones will work.

on ONE end
this goes around the pacifier
the other end is sewn shut for a key ring and a clip
to clip to clothes
didn't get a good picture of that.

I knew you would come up with a solution to the falling pacifiers.
Now if only we could market them.

Nice going... I loved those when the kids were little. I would have loved to have a specially made Mrs. Mo one... sadly no more babies. :(
