This was a tie. Both pictures got 28 points. James did first photo, Olivia's is the second one. I judge by focus, lighting, subject, composition, impact, uniqueness.
I also have to have my mind cleared of likes and dislikes which is very hard for me because I am very opinionated. I also have to avoid snap judging. This is also very hard for me................
