Honey bun cake:
1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix ( I used a white one)
1 cup buttermilk (if you don't have buttermilk, add a T. of lemon juice to regular milk and let sit)
4 eggs (you gotta use real eggs)
3/4 cup oil (we use canola)
1/2 cup sugar (hey, it's your birthday)
1 cup brown sugar (your birthday only comes once a year)
3 T. cinnamon (don't sniff it, it will make you sneeze)
mix first 4 ingredients well
pour into a birthday cake pan that has been sprayed
swirl cinnamon and sugar into the mixture (gently)
bake at 350 until done........30 minutes? test with toothpick don't overbake
ICING
1 cup powdered sugar
3 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
mix that up and pour over hot cake
yummo.
