It is a dill pickle, smeared with cream cheese and covered with wafer meat...then sliced.

dry your dill pickle
cover it with softened cream cheese
wrap the meat around it
put in fridge and let them get cold
slice them
put them on a plate (a neato plate)
serve them to your own Uncle Jason

It was my mom's recipe,,,,from Kansas. Maybe the name isn't very appetizing.....it can't be changed. It's too late.
