???

I sure would like to know where this splatter lid is.
If you took it from my kitchen, just bring it back and I won't say a thing.
If you know where it is, text me or something.
If you have some extra time, come over and help me look for it.
Love Mrs. Mobunny

Well, that's a DANDY splatter lid! I can imagine you REALLY want to find it. I assure you, I don't have it. I have one but it doesn't have all those fancy holes on the top...

I lost my Bible. Looked all over before church yesterday (I KNEW I'd used it just the day before....) My husband looked with me AFTER church. We turned the house upside down. I went to the same chair I sat in in the morning (where I usually read it). Though I THOUGHT I'd looked all around the chair, the SECOND time I found it--slipped down into the side! Hallelujah!

I dislike not knowing where something is.....gives me a loose ends kind of feeling. Makes me wonder what I lose and don't even know because I forgot I had it?

Hi Mo,

Did it get kicked under the stove? That's where all my stuff disappears to. I hope you find it!!

I hope I find it, too. What if I need to fry some bacon?

I don't think that I have ever seen it before. That is a really good one. I have the cheap kind you buy at walmarts. lol I sure would love to have one like it though. I sure hope you find it!! I don't like misplacing things either, but with the kind of memory I have had over this past year, who knows where anything is? LOL

I found it. I worry about my girls and their inability to help me find stuff. To begin with.... I never looked in the Siberia part of our pan cabinet, but they did. And they never found it.I looked through it real quick yesterday morning, and BOOM, it was there all the time.

Don't Be Idle

This is Zephyr. She is the most discontent, unhappy cat I've ever seen in my life. She is selfish plain and simple. All she can think about is HER belly. This is not done in silence. When I get up (early), she's been up for hours wasting away. She's died of starvation 8 times. Don't be like Zephyr. The Rare Jewel of Christian Contentment by Jeremiah Burroughs   "Who are the men who are most discontented?  but idle persons-- for they lie around and find fault with everything."   (page 50-51) Zephyr is an unhappy cat. Not a happy camper.   How about you? IDLE lazy, slothful, work-shy (ha ha) shiftless, inactive, sluggish (like a bad drain) without purpose DISCONTENT dissatisfaction with circumstances displeasure Have you no weeds to pull? No list to make or finish? No bread to bake? Nothing to mend or fix? No corner to clean? Nothing to learn? No letter to write? No project to fin...

My Favorite Child

I wish I had all the pictures I wanted, to go with this blog post........because I know a *picture paints a thousand words*, but for a large part of our family's life, old fashion cameras and old fashion pictures were being used.  So, many of the pictures that would help paint this post are somewhere in boxes and books.  It would take a month of Sundays to find them all so  I will just have to count on your imagination and my memory! FAVORITE: most liked, preferred above all others Sara, you were my favorite.  You were our first baby and we were so excited for you.  Your hair was perfect for me to learn how to braid and you always were very still for me.  You were the first little girl I got to dress up and put lacy socks on.  You were such a fun little girl to read to.  You memorized the books we had and it was a big part of our day to read with each other.  *where is the bear when the wind blows cold?*.    You have alw...
