tapes, cd's, radio in car and house, TV music channel, music in restaurants and stores, BOOM BOOM BOOM in parking lots, church, Girl Scout camp, I (heart) Radio, Pandora, Playlist, You Tube, Commercials, Movies, TV Shows, ballgames to carnivals, I-pods, weddings to parades, phones, ZEDGE, prom to lullaby, records   music is everywhere     Could we ever count the songs that have been written or sung? Cowboy to Jazz Opera to Bluegrass Christmas to Rock   On and On and On it could go.   And it does.   Songs mark the times of our lives, they do cause floods of memories.   Jesus Thou Joy Of Loving Hearts makes me think of Kimberly, at the piano Circle of Two.....listened to this tape the night Daniel was born If I'd Known You Was Coming, I'd Have Baked a Cake.....Aunt Nancy Carry Me Back To Old Virginia......trip with the girls It's Such A Pretty World, Today!  Isabel, Kansas The Last Word In Lonesome I...

These are two of my favorite things........this book is one of the best I have ever read.  It is written by my favorite author about her childhood....mostly about her crazy dad. Gladys Taber.........Especially Father If you're looking for a good book, here it is. Maybe you will like some of her others, too.  I don't agree with all of her theology, but they are good books to read before bed.....they're kind of sleepy books. Solitudes...Dan Gibson......exploring nature with music.  COUNTRY RETREAT. Sometimes this sort of music is new-age and not enjoyable to me....but this one is different and this one IS enjoyed by all of us.  I imagine we have listened to it .....well, I was going to say as much as the national debt, but probably not THAT much.  If you are pulling out of our driveway and heading to Pearland, the cd is *just right.*  About the time you're pulling in to Super Target, the cd is done.  It is also the same lengt...

These are some good things I got today at one of my favorite thrift stores. Click on the picture and then you can read the titles of the tapes. I have old tape players that I use outside.......clean the garage, pull weeds, or just have a serious outside day.........and I can keep buying tapes others get rid of. Also, a long time ago, we had the KJV Bible on tape and I can't even say that I remember what happened to it.......shame on me........so this one looked in really good condition, had all the tapes, so I got it for a dollar! You can't go wrong listening to the Bible.
