Rabbit Trails

  You'd think that as many games as we have, that I'd never be bored. You'd think, as many jackets as I have, that it is COLD where we live.      You'd think that as much fun piano sheet music as I buy, that I could PLAY piano.    You'd think as many high chairs as I have, that I would have a baby, or at least a toddler hanging around.    You'd think, that as many baskets and crates that I own, that I'd at least have some chickens, or lots of eggs, or something.      You'd think, as many dusters that I have, that my house would NEVER be dusty.      You'd think, with all these books I own, that I would have something to read before bed, instead of playing Angry Birds or Words With Friends.      You'd think that with ALL this coffee paraphernalia,       that I would drink lots of coffee. Well, I do.     

    

Left for San Marcos AGAIN on Friday night. This time, for real. This was it. What we had been waiting for. The 25th.    Went to their apartment in New B. for a bit, then went to Whataburger, then to the motel.   When we were eating, a ballerina and an angel came in..... playing dress up since it was so close to Halloween. I told Kimberly she should stand by this pretty staircase in the morning for a picture.  She said NO. Then we both remembered nobody thought much about the angel and the ballerina . Nobody would think anything about a bride standing by a staircase. She still wouldn't do it.      So, this is the way the motel informs people of what happens when they take things out of the room. They charge your credit card. derrrrrr The pillow *might* be worth it, but the coffee maker and hair dryer would not be a good deal. I think it's funny how they worded this so nice to a bunch of thieves. Which would

  Knock Knock Who's there? Twin Mattress Klarisa and I left on Sunday evening after all day services to go get Kimberly. From San Marcos. We got there late, ate, and stayed up late.     We loaded her stuff up in the truck, then went to their apartment to do a few last minute things before we took her back to Freeport for the week.      Guess who got an apartment on the third floor? Guess who carries just one load of stuff up  to that apartment?    Ate at Denny's. If you haven't had red velvet pancake puppies..... get some. 10 of them, at least.    Just a few things for her kitchen..... the beloved glass pitcher, her cupcake picture....and the pig jar.      Good-bye for the week, David. Yes David, we will bring her back. As planned.      Shower on Tuesday.....this is Kimberly's favorite dessert. It's the jello-cream cheese-strawberry-pretzel dessert.
