just painting



I am NOT a painter. How many times do I have to say that?
I dribble, it gets sticky, I can't remember whether to go North and South or East and West, it blobs, it streaks.

As you can see, the drawers are in........I'm fixing to put some shelf paper in them. Let's see how big of a mess I can make with that stuff..........

It is looking GREAT....I am not a painter either...you don't WANT me to paint...my dh spent a good part of the weekend...Repainting my kitchen...it looks so fresh this morning..I LOVE it...

When you get everything done, you are not going to want to leave the kitchen...
Whatever you do, tell your family members to be careful how they open cupboards...it is amazing how fingernails can do damage over long periods of time!
I know...come look at my cupboards!

My Favorite Child

I wish I had all the pictures I wanted, to go with this blog post........because I know a *picture paints a thousand words*, but for a large part of our family's life, old fashion cameras and old fashion pictures were being used.  So, many of the pictures that would help paint this post are somewhere in boxes and books.  It would take a month of Sundays to find them all so  I will just have to count on your imagination and my memory!
